&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;If you are after Presentations or multimedia from IPAA National Conference&lt;/strong&gt;, you can&amp;nbsp;simply use the red header to go to the content area of your interest. For instance, if you are looking for a presentation from the Academic Day, you have to click on &amp;quot;Conference&amp;quot;. A drop down menu will appear. If you select &amp;quot;Academic Day&amp;quot; another menu will pop up. If you click to &amp;quot;Presentation&amp;quot; the page containing all the presentations and papers from the Academic day will open:&lt;/p&gt;

This will direct you to the collaboration area&amp;nbsp;for the topic.&amp;nbsp;Here you can contribute to (or just read) the discussion forums, and you can share files (e.g. a paper or a presentation you have written). Alternatively you can access the forum session from the red header menu.&lt;/p&gt;

Tags help you map information.&amp;nbsp; They also make your information more accessible to users.&amp;nbsp; You may see a tag cloud displayed in the left or right sidebar of the page.&amp;nbsp; The tag cloud contains a list of tags that link to any post within a forum, or a media item that has tags. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Tags are ranked by the number of posts with which the tags are associated so that the most used tags have the largest font size. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When the user clicks a tag, a list of items that use the tag will be displayed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A user can add Tags to their own forum posts to help identify the content to other users.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;You can launch all of your community activity from your home page.&amp;nbsp; You can also access each area of the web site from the menu at the top of the home page workspace.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Other users will be able to see some of this information when they view your public profile (by clicking on your name, e.g. as the author of a post).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Through Shared Favorites, you can indicate to visitors of your public profile sites you want to share with them.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The
Shared Feeds section is similar to the Shared Favorites secion.&amp;nbsp; It
displays RSS fees that you want to share with your visitors.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The My Groups sections shows different areas of the web site you have access to.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The My Files section allows you to upload files to your profile that you want to share with your friends and viistors.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Finally, the My Activity section provides you with a summary of your community activity.&amp;nbsp; It will note the date and time on which youpublished a post of comment and when you joined a group or added a friend.
